Nashville Not-So Hot
This version of Nashville Hot is a little less spicy and a little more sweet and smokey. Enjoy it the same way you would the Nashville Hot seasoning.
Rub.
Use it as a spicier rub for ribs or pork butt prior to smoking or braising. Chef loves using Nashville Not-So Hot on whole turkeys prior to roasting.
Marinade.
Obviously you want to marinade chicken in Nashville Not-So Hot prior to frying or baking but it is also great for shrimp, pork chops, and cod. Perfect with fried pork chops.
Season.
Nashville Not-So Hot is a great finishing seasoning. Baked or fried chicken wings, fries, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, bacon, and corn on the cob are favorites. Take sweet and spicy nuts or other party mix snacks to a different level using Nashville Not-So Hot seasoning.
