Chile Lime Salt

Another version of a favorite seasoning while growing up around Mexican street food in Chicago. This blend of dried chilies, sea salt, and real lime zest, combines with our signature blend of spices, and burst with flavor. Use Chile Lime Salt on seafood, elotes, fruit, as a beer salt, or a margarita glass rim.

Rub.

Use Chile Lime Salt as a rub for chicken, pork, and fish. Chef loves using it for whole snapper.

Marinade.

Great for seafood, especially shrimp. Use it as a marinade for steak or chicken fajitas.

Season.

Use Chile Lime Salt to season black beans, plain rice, mangoes, papaya, watermelon, avocado toast, potato chips, chicken wings, fried fish and shrimp, and even vanilla ice cream. Use it as a beer salt or a glass rim for a fruity beverage.
