Nashville Hot

While living and working in Nashville for 2 years, I grew to appreciate and love this seasoning. There was only one thing missing from most of the seasonings… a proper balance of flavor. This version gives a layered depth of flavor that hits you at different times and different places on your taste buds. Whether using Nashville Hot Seasoning for traditional Nashville Hot Chicken or adding it to a baked sweet potato, its sure to be a crowd favorite.

Rub.

Use it as a spicier rub for ribs or pork butt prior to smoking or braising. Chef loves using Nashville Hot on whole turkeys prior to roasting.

Marinade.

Obviously you want to marinade chicken in Nashville Hot prior to frying or baking but it is also great for shrimp, pork chops, and cod. Perfect with fried pork chops.

Season.

Nashville Hot is a great finishing seasoning. Baked or fried chicken wings, fries, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, bacon, and corn on the cob are favorites. Take sweet and spicy nuts or other party mix snacks to a different level using Nashville Hot seasoning.
