Chili Pot
Our Chili Pot seasoning is a combination of our Signature seasoning, chef’s chile powder, and ground cumin. Chef is a non-traditional chili lover because, no matter what type of chili he makes, he always loads it up with vegetables. Regardless of how you eat your chili (con carne, vegetarian, skyline, mac, etc.) or where you are from, you need to use this great blend.
Rub.
If you plan to make a steak, pork, or a white chicken chili, dry rub the meats after you cut them and marinade them overnight.
Marinade.
Make a chili vinaigrette to use as a marinade or as a dressing for a taco or southwest salad.
Season.
So many options… season your ground meats, poultry, or meat substitutes while making your chili or for tacos. Mix it with shredded cheese for a topping on baked potatoes, nachos, on a pizza, in a grilled cheese, quesadilla, or on avocado toast.
