Signature Seasoning
It all starts with a specialty blend of peppercorns… enhanced with a combination of garlic, onion, and other spices. Creating a flavorful balance and intensity to elevate favorites such as fried chicken, garlic fries, and grilled steaks.
Rub.
Finer and more balanced in flavor than an average steak seasoning. Use Signature Seasoning as a rub on steaks, burgers, pork chops, and chicken breast prior to grilling or searing. Allow 10 minutes to set on the protein prior to cooking. Chef Rhyno suggest to use it for a grilled ribeye or a pan seared burger.
Marinade.
Chef Rhyno loves using Signature Seasoning for fried chicken. Use it in the marinade, batter, and breading. Works just as well for roasted and seared chicken. Allow 45 minutes minimum for chicken to marinade. Great to use with roasting, braising, and smoking larger proteins such as pot roast, beef brisket, and whole turkey. Allow 2 - 18 hours to marinade larger proteins.
Season.
A vegetarians delight. Use Signature Seasoning anytime you saute or roast vegetables. Great for pasta sauces, soups, and beans. Chef Rhyno’s favorites are garlic fries, mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, and alfredo sauce.
